As an experienced Instructional Support Specialist and Coach who has personally navigated classroom overwhelm and burnout, I now help educators find their way from burnout to breakthrough by reinforcing their vision, aligning their systems, and yielding to data - without making after-school hours their second shift.
Nichole Braxton is an educator, coach, and speaker on a mission: Her goal is to help educators find a way to stay in education and lead with purpose. She founded WAYFINDER™ after years of watching talented teachers leave the profession not because they lacked heart, but because they lacked a map.
Her work combines classroom experience, instructional leadership, and a deep belief that educators deserve systems as strong as the students they serve. Nichole supports teachers, school leaders, and district teams through coaching, professional development, and the WAYFINDER™ Method.
